A photographer visiting each office takes organising and still misses people. With Birdie Me, each person gets their own invitation, uploads from wherever they work and goes through the same photographer's check.
One route for every office
The steps are the same at head office, in a regional office and at home.
- Invite office by office or all at once. Each person gets their own link, or a group link goes on your intranet.
- Upload anywhere. Photos can come straight from a phone, and iPhone photos are accepted as they are.
- Same backgrounds for real photos. Birdie Me places real photos on your firm's plates, with blur, warmth and focus point set per plate. AI headshots are made on a chosen background.
- Same check, same sizes. A photographer reviews every frame, and everyone receives four sizes of each chosen headshot.
New starters and people who were away
When someone joins, Birdie Portraits invites them by email, and their headshot arrives in the same four sizes as the team's. People on leave or at home on the day are invited the same way, and anyone can be invited again after a change of role.
Tracking a first round
Birdie Portraits tracks every person through four statuses: new, in progress, completed and needs new photos. A busy office does not hold up a quiet one.
Storage and consent
Photos and finished headshots are stored in London, in the AWS eu-west-2 region, whichever office the person works from. Consent is recorded for each person with the wording they agreed to. Files are kept only as long as they are needed to make and deliver the headshots, and anyone can ask for theirs to be deleted.
