How AI headshots for teams work
Each person follows the same steps, in any office or at home.
- Invite by name. Each person gets their own link by email. It opens in a browser, with no app and no account.
- Photos from a phone. Staff upload a few recent photos, iPhone photos as they are, and choose a background.
- A photographer checks each one. Birdie Portraits approves, redoes or rejects every frame, and asks for new photos where they are needed.
- Pick two, get four sizes. Each person picks one head-on and one casual headshot. Your firm gets four sizes of each as a ZIP.
Every headshot on the record
Each person's consent is stored with the exact wording they saw, and that wording is kept even if it changes later.
Photos and finished headshots are stored in London, in the AWS eu-west-2 region. Files are kept only as long as they are needed to make and deliver the headshots, and anyone can ask for theirs to be deleted.

Will the AI headshots look like our staff?
Not every AI image does. A photographer reviews every frame, and anyone can have their real photo placed on your background instead.
Do staff need to install an app or create an account?
No. The link in their invitation email opens in a browser on a phone or a laptop.
What sizes does the firm receive?
The full image, a square crop, a 200 x 200 head crop and a 764 x 509 web image, as a ZIP download.
Do you provide AI headshots UK-wide?
Yes. Staff upload from wherever they work, and Birdie Portraits checks every image.
