Estate agent headshots for every branch and team
Estate agent headshots that match across every branch, from negotiators and lettings staff to surveyors, made from photos your people take at the office or at home. A photographer at Birdie Portraits reviews every image.
Estate agent headshots that match across branches
Each branch has its own light and its own mix of old and new photos. Birdie Me gives every person the same check and the same four sizes, and places real photos on your agency's own plates. A negotiator in one branch and a surveyor in another then look like colleagues.
How a first round works
Nobody travels to a shoot or waits in the branch on a set day.
- Invite by email. Each person gets their own link, which opens in a browser on a phone or a laptop. A group link on your intranet suits a whole-agency round.
- Upload between viewings. Negotiators upload a few photos when they have a moment and choose a background from your set.
- Check every frame. A photographer at Birdie Portraits approves, redoes or rejects each one.
- Choose and download. Each person picks one head-on and one casual headshot, and your agency receives four sizes of each.
Lettings, surveyors and head office
Letting agents, property managers, surveyors, valuers and head office staff follow the same steps and the same check. New negotiators are invited when they join and match the rest of the branch.
Zoopla and your own website
Zoopla's guidance says its Meet the team section should include clear professional images, names, job titles and accreditations. We could not find a published pixel size for team photos, so check the current requirement in your Zoopla account.
Consent and storage
Each person's consent is stored with the exact wording they saw. Photos and finished headshots are stored in London, in the AWS eu-west-2 region. Files are kept only as long as they are needed to make and deliver the headshots, and anyone can ask for theirs to be deleted.
Questions
Do negotiators need to come into one branch?
No. Each person uploads from wherever they are, on a phone or a laptop, when they have a moment between viewings.
Can an agent keep their existing photo?
Yes. Birdie Me cuts the person out of a good existing photo and places them on your agency's plate. It goes through the same check as an AI headshot.
Are AI headshots for estate agents reviewed by a photographer?
Yes. A photographer at Birdie Portraits reviews every frame. Each one is approved, made again or rejected.
Where do estate agent headshots get used?
On your branch and team pages, in Zoopla's Meet the team section, on LinkedIn and in email signatures.
